When I began reading this to Cruzito, he was more interested in his music box than the book.  After the second time I read through, he seemed to take notice.  There is a hole in each page so it looks like the ripple of the water, it slowly gets smaller until it vanishes and I think thats what interested him the most lol.  I gave him the book to read and he sat there flicking through up until he stopped at 6 Catfish and let out a little squeal.  He leaned over and kissed the fish, then kept going until the hole disappeared.  I tried to show him that there were 3 more pages after the vanishing hole but he wouldn't have it.  Stubborn like his father I think :)
